Who We Are

Saving Pets At Risk, Inc. is an Oklahoma based, 501(c)(3), nonprofit, all volunteer, animal rescue and pet adoption organization. Using donations, SPAR provides first: safety, second: all necessary medical needs, then focuses on daily needs and love as the pets transition from homelessness to going home with their forever-famili. We strive to inform the community of the importance of spaying and neutering their pets and connect them with low-cost options in order to reduce the overpopulation in Pottawatomie County, Oklahoma.
