These programs serve households with incomes under $35,000 per year (or $40,000 per year depending on the program). Surgeries are priced from $40 to $45 per dog (including rabies shots) and even less for cats. Services are not limited to county residents, so use the program that is most convenient for you.

ARC Neuter Scooter Transport

• Transport leaves from Expo Center at 7:00 am; though, the pets must be loaded in at 6:45 am.

Low-income spay/neuter transport (NeuterScooter) is sponsored through the Animal Rescue Center (ARC) of Shawnee, OK. Call 405-431-9326 for more information. The maximum household income is $40,000 to qualify for the low-income rate, through ARC.
